Important Notes
Conference
registration fee includes:
o Admission to Trade Show Floor for two days
o All Educational Sessions for two days
o Cocktail Reception
o Two breakfasts and lunches, coffee/tea
Be sure to complete
a separate registration for each person attending.
Confirmation Policy
You will receive a confirmation by email within 1 (one) business
day after the receipt and processing of your paid registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the conference, minus $35 per person for administration
fees, will be granted upon written request. Your cancellation request
must be received on or before November 3, 2006 and must include a copy
of your registration receipt. After that date, no refunds will be granted
for cancellation. However, you may substitute another person from your
organization at any time. Credit cannot be given for unattended sessions,
late arrivals or early departures.
Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
