Hydro Ottawa adopted our feathery friend only a few years ago not knowing who he was or where he came from. Although he seemed lost and confused, our friend was clearly an environmentalist as he displayed an uncanny knack for developing energy conservation programs and technologies.  Today, he is known only as the Hydro Ottawa Conservation Owl.

With a gift to write short prose and an exceedingly short attention span, he seemed a natural for social media.  Curious to know more about the Conservation Owl’s real name and heritage, Hydro Ottawa has been extensively following the Owl's tweets (the Conservation Owl likes to call them "twoots"), analyzing his primal dance moves and solving his complex games – all in the hopes of uncovering his true identity and real name.
