Bill Inserts

With your monthly bill from Hydro Ottawa, we may include inserts that provide important safety information, tips for reducing your energy consumption, or news about Save on Energy incentives and other special promotions. 

In addition, our regulator, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), requires Hydro Ottawa and all other local utilities across our province to share information about various topics that include Ontario’s system-wide electricity supply mix through their bills.
