How to request access

First, your customer needs to fill out our consent form. Then you must attach this completed form to a request for additional electricity meter data.

In the request for additional data, provide the following details:

  • Your customer’s address and account number
  • Their building ID and name
  • Their meter number
  • The time period of the data you need
  • The kind of data you want (e.g., total energy used, peak power or power quality details)
  • The interval size you’re looking for (e.g., every five minutes, hourly or daily)

Service charges

We charge $140 per hour for historical billing information requests. This accounts for the manual time and effort needed to complete such a request.

We bill in 15-minute blocks. The minimum charge is one hour.

This charge does not apply to duplicate invoices or arrears certificates.
