How to access your data

Choose the method that best suits your needs:

View your data in MyAccount

Log in to MyAccount to view and download up to 24 months of electricity usage and demand data.

  • Get granular data at your meter's specific interval (5 or 15-minute)
  • Choose from Excel, PDF or Green Button (XML) formats
  • Use visualizers and tools to see trends and analyze usage patterns
  • It’s free and available any time
Download detailed usage with Green Button

Green Button is a standardized way to access and share your electricity data in a machine-readable XML format.

  • You can access up to 24 months of detailed meter and billing data down to hourly intervals.
  • Green Button XML format is the industry standard for energy data.
  • It supports two services:
    • Download My Data for personal use
    • Connect My Data to authorize third parties to access your data securely
Request whole building aggregated data

If your building has a gross floor area of 50,000 square feet or more, you are required to report your energy and water use to the Ministry of Energy annually as part of the Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) initiative.

Complex data requests

If the data you're looking for can't be found in MyAccount (such as transformer data, or other complex requests), fill out a meter data request form.

Costs: It takes time for our team to find the data you need. That’s why all manual requests are subject to a fee of $140/hour, billed in 15-minute increments (minimum charge: 1 hour).
