Log in to MyAccount and click “Pay now” from your dashboard.
You can also select “Manage payment plan” to set up pre-authorized payments.

How to pay your bill
We offer flexible options to allow you to make simple, on-time payments. Choose the method that’s most convenient for you.
You can pay your bill through most major Canadian banks:
- Online or mobile banking
- By phone
- In person at a branch or ATM
Be sure to include the remittance stub when paying at a branch or ATM to ensure your payment is applied correctly.
You can pay your bill securely by credit or debit card.
- Online through MyAccount: Log in to MyAccount and click “Pay now” to use your saved account details. There’s no need to enter your account number.
- Online through Paymentus: Visit Paymentus to pay using your credit or debit card. Have a copy of your bill and your 20-digit account number ready.
- By phone: Call us at (613) 738-6400 to make a credit card payment. (Debit cards are not accepted by phone.) Be sure to have your bill and 20-digit account number on hand.

- Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit (online only)
Important:
- Each transaction is subject to a 1.75 per cent service fee, which is charged by the third-party provider. Hydro Ottawa does not receive any portion of this fee.
- Please allow up to two business days for processing.
