How we notify you about planned outages
Your peace of mind is important to us. If your home or business will be affected by a scheduled planned outage, you’ll receive advance notice from us by phone, email or text. The exact method will depend on the communication preferences you’ve selected in MyAccount.
This notice will provide key details about the interruption, including the date, time and how long it’s expected to last.
