Each month, your Hydro Ottawa bill may include helpful inserts with safety tips, energy-saving advice and updates on programs like Save on Energy.

In addition to providing these inserts, we’re required by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) to include important regulatory information, such as Ontario’s electricity supply mix and updates to Regulated Price Plan (RPP) rates. If you’re signed up for online billing, you’ll receive these inserts digitally with your e-bill.
