On September 19, 2023, Hydro Ottawa and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) ratified a new four-year collective agreement. As the labour disruption comes to an end, and we work to return to normal business operations, customers may experience some delays while our teams work through the backlog of rescheduled appointments and requests.
