Hydro Ottawa offers an exciting contest for students in Kindergarten through to grade 8. It tests their knowledge of electricity and safety!
Are you a whiz when it comes to electricity? Does winning a tablet spark your interest? We challenge YOU to take the Whiz Quiz – after all, knowledge is power!
The Contest
The contest period begins on January 10, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST), and ends on March 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST
What do I have to do?
It’s simple. All you need to do is take our Whiz Quiz. The Whiz Quiz entries will be evaluated at the end of each Contest period and one lucky student will be awarded a tablet!
Contest rules:
Students must attend schools within Hydro Ottawa’s service territory
- Only students in Kindergarten through to grade 8 are eligible for the contest.
- Adult (18+) assistance is required to complete the quiz and for the student to be eligible for the prize.
- An adult (18+) must provide their contact information in order for the student to participate.
- Students will only have one attempt to complete the quiz each contest period.
