The Save on Energy Retrofit Program is changing and will be centrally delivered by the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) as of April 1st, 2019. If you wish to find out more information about submitting an application for a new project, visit the Save on Energy Retrofit Program page.
If you have a Retrofit Program application that was submitted to Hydro Ottawa prior to April 1st, 2019 and pre-approved prior to May 1st, 2019, you will continue to work with Hydro Ottawa until your project is complete. Your application can be accessed through Hydro Ottawa’s application system until further notice.
